beschließtFormula iniziale1)das beiliegende Statut, welches wesentlicher Bestandteil dieses Beschlusses ist, zu genehmigen; 2)das geltende Statut zu widerrufen. 3)der vorliegende Beschluss ist im Amtsblatt der Region zu veröffentlichen.

Art. 23

(1) Mitglieder mit Stimmrecht in der Vollversammlung sind jene, die mindestens drei Monate im Mitgliederbuch eingetragen sind.

(2) Das Mitglied kann sich mittels schriftlicher Vollmacht durch ein anderes Mitglied vertreten lassen, das weder dem Verwaltungsrat angehört noch in einem Arbeitsverhältnis zur Genossenschaft steht.

(3) Jedes Mitglied hat unabhängig von der Höhe des Geschäftsanteiles nur eine Stimme und darf nicht mehr als zwei Mitglieder vertreten.
