Art. 56  (Widerruf der Ermächtigungen für die Hauptuntersuchungen)

(1) Die Ermächtigungen betreffend die Aufgaben der regelmäßigen Hauptuntersuchungen von Kraftfahrzeugen laut Artikel 80 Absatz 8 des gesetzesvertretenden Dekrets vom 30. April 1992, Nr. 285, in geltender Fassung, werden widerrufen:

  1. im Falle von mindestens fünf wiederholten Übertretungen der geltenden Vorschriften,
  2. wenn infolge eines eklatanten Vorfalls das Vertrauensverhältnis nicht mehr gegeben ist.
