Regelung der Bewilligung und Akkreditierung der medizinischen Einrichtungen und des freiberuflichen Fachpersonals im Gesundheitswesen. Festlegung der technischen Organe für die Akkreditierung und Bewilligung und Erstellung der Register der bewilligten und akkreditierten Einrichtungen (abgeändert mit Beschluss Nr. 1428 vom 19.09.2011) (siehe auch Beschluss Nr. 214 vom 29.03.2022)

Art. 13 (Gültigkeit der Akkreditierung)

1. Die Akkreditierung ist für fünf Jahre gültig und kann auf Antrag erneuert werden, der mindestens zweihundertsiebzig Tage vor dem Verfall gestellt werden muss. Mit begründeter Maßnahme kann die Gültigkeit verkürzt werden.

2. Zum Zwecke der Erneuerung der Akkreditierung wird der entsprechende Antrag nach den Modalitäten laut den Artikeln 10, 11 und 12 bearbeitet.
