Regelung der Bewilligung und Akkreditierung der medizinischen Einrichtungen und des freiberuflichen Fachpersonals im Gesundheitswesen. Festlegung der technischen Organe für die Akkreditierung und Bewilligung und Erstellung der Register der bewilligten und akkreditierten Einrichtungen (abgeändert mit Beschluss Nr. 1428 vom 19.09.2011) (siehe auch Beschluss Nr. 214 vom 29.03.2022)

Art. 9 (Einrichtungen und Freiberufler, die der Akkreditierung unterliegen)

1. Die öffentlichen und privaten medizinischen Einrichtungen sowie die im Gesundheitswesen tätigen Freiberufler, die im Auftrag des Landesgesundheitsdienstes Leistungen erbringen möchten, müssen über die Akkreditierung verfügen.

2. Für private Einrichtungen und Freiberufler genügt die Akkreditierung nicht, um Leistungen zu Lasten des Landesgesundheitsdienstes durchzuführen; sie ist eine notwendige Voraussetzung für die Unterzeichnung von Vertragsabkommen mit den Sanitätsbetrieben.
