Art. 1 (Definitionen)

(1) Das Landesgesetz vom 17. Dezember 1998, Nr. 13, in geltender Fassung, Wohnbauförderungsgesetz, wird in der Folge als "Gesetz" bezeichnet.2)

(2) Der Landesrat für Wohnungsbau wird in der Folge als "Landesrat" bezeichnet.

(3) Die Abteilung 25 Wohnungsbau der Landesverwaltung wird in der Folge als "Abteilung" bezeichnet.

(4) Das Einsatzprogramm für den geförderten Wohnbau laut Artikel 6 des Gesetzes wird in der Folge als "Einsatzprogramm" bezeichnet.

(5) Der im Artikel 52 des Gesetzes vorgesehene Rotationsfonds für den geförderten Wohnbau wird in der Folge als "Rotationsfonds" bezeichnet.

(6) Die Erklärungen im Sinne von Artikel 5 des Landesgesetzes vom 22. Oktober 1993, Nr. 17, werden in der Folge als "Ersatzerklärungen" bezeichnet.3)

(7) Anstelle der im Gesetz verwendeten Bezeichnung "bewohnbare Nutzfläche" wird die Bezeichnung "Wohnfläche" verwendet.
