Art. 4 (Übergangsbestimmung)

(1) Die in Artikel 3 Absatz 1 vorgesehene Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung der Frist für die Vorlage der technischen Unterlagen gilt auch für Gesuche, für die bei In-Kraft-Treten dieser Verordnung die im bisher geltenden Artikel 43 Absatz 4 des Dekretes des Landeshauptmanns vom 15. Juli 1999, Nr. 42, geändert durch Artikel 24 des Dekretes des Landeshauptmanns vom 15. Oktober 2002, Nr. 42, vorgesehene Frist von einem Jahr bereits verstrichen ist, sofern der Widerruf der Wohnbauförderung noch nicht erfolgt ist.

Dieses Dekret ist im Amtsblatt der Region kundzumachen. Jeder, dem es obliegt, ist verpflichtet, es zu befolgen und für seine Befolgung zu sorgen.
