Definition des Begriffes "Südiroler Heimatferne" - im Sinne von Artikel 107 Absatz 16 des Landesgesetzes vom 11. August 1997, Nr. 13, geändert durch Artikel 22, Absatz 11 des Landesgesetzes vom 2. Juli 2007, Nr. 3

zu definieren, dass "Südiroler Heimatferne" laut Artikel 107, Absatz 16 des Landesgesetzes vom 11. August 1997 in geltnder Fassung, ersetzt mit Artikel 22, Absatz 11, des Landesgesetzes vom 2. Juli 2007, Nr. 3, jene Personen sind, welche die Voraussetzungen laut Landesregierungsbeschluss Nr. 3787 vom 23. Oktober 2006 erfüllen:
"Südtiroler Heimatferne" sind Personen mit Wohnsitz im Ausland, die in Südtirol geboren sind, mindestens vier Jahre lang ihren Wohnsitz in Südtirol hatten und aus Arbeitsgründen einen fortlaufenden Auslandaufenthalt von mindestens drei Jahren nachweisen können, wobei die Zeitspanne von mehr als sechs Monaten als ein Jahr berechnet wird, und die allfällige Rückkehr nach Südtirol nicht mehr als zwei Jahre zurückliegt.
Diese Definition laut Artikel 107, Absatz 16 des Landesgesetzes vom 11. August 1997, Nr. 13, ersetzt mit Artikel 22, Absatz 11 des Landesgesetzes vom 2. Juli 2007, Nr. 3, tritt am 1. August 2007 in Kraft.
