Änderung der Prozedur für die Ausstellung der Bescheinigung zur Befreiung von der Kostenbeteiligung an der Gesundheitsausgabe für Bedürftige (Kodex 99) (abgeändert mit Beschluss Nr. 1601 vom 27.09.2010 und Beschluss Nr. 539 vom 13.05.2014)

Beschwerde

1. Innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Erhalt der Mitteilung der Ablehnung des Gesuchs für Befreiung von der Kostenbeteiligung an der Gesundheitsausgabe wegen Bedürftigkeit (Kode 99) kann der Antragsteller beim Direktor des Landesamtes für Gesundheitssprengel Verwaltungsbeschwerde gemäß Buchstabe e) Absatz 1 Artikel 2 des Landesgesetzes vom 5. März 2001, Nr. 7, einreichen.

2. Zur Entscheidungsfindung holt der Direktor des Amtes für Gesundheitssprengel eine entsprechende Gegendarstellung beim zuständigen Dienst für die Finanzielle Sozialhilfe ein.
