Geförderter Wohnbau - Artikel 62 Absatz 9 des Landesgesetzes vom 17. Dezember 1998, Nr. 13, in geltender Fassung - Festlegung der Kriterien für die Vermietung einzelner Zimmer an Lehrlinge, Schüler, Studenten, Arbeitnehmer oder Senioren (abgeändert mit Beschluss Nr. 1318 vom 09.09.2013 und Beschluss Nr. 955 vom 05.08.2014)

Art. 4

1. Das Ansuchen um die Ermächtigung zur Vermietung von Zimmern im Sinne von Artikel 62 Absatz 9 des Landesgesetzes vom 17. Dezember 1998, Nr. 13, in geltender Fassung, ist an das Landesamt für Wohnbauprogrammierung zu richten und muss in Form einer Eigenerklärung nach Maßgabe von Artikel 5 des Landesgesetzes vom 22. Oktober 1993, Nr. 17, in geltender Fassung, folgende Angaben enthalten:

a) die Anzahl und die Wohnfläche der Zimmer, deren Vermietung beabsichtigt ist,

b) die eventuelle Mitbenützung von gemeinsamen Räumen (Küche, WC und so weiter), und die Wohnfläche dieser Räume,

c) die Höhe des geforderten Mietzinses,

d) die Zeitdauer, für die die Ermächtigung beantragt wird.
