Artikel 91 Absatz 3 des Landesgesetzes vom 17. Dezember 1998, Nr. 13, i.g.F. - Kriterien für die Gewährung des Wohngeldes an Einzelpersonen ohne Unterhaltsverpflichtung und an Paare ohne Kinder

1. In Durchführung der Bestimmung des 3. Absatzes von Artikel 91 des Landesgesetzes vom 17. Dezember 1998, Nr. 13, ersetzt durch Artikel 1 Absatz 25 des Landesgesetzes vom 13. Oktober 2008, Nr. 9, und in Erwartung der neuen Kriterien für die Bewertung der wirtschaftlichen Leistungsfähigkeit, die von Artikel 91 Absatz 7 des Landesgesetzes vom 17. Dezember 1998, Nr. 13, i.g.F., vorgesehen sind, entspricht das Wohngeld für Einzelpersonen ohne Unterhaltsverpflichtung und Paare ohne Kinder weiterhin der Differenz zwischen dem Mietzins, der sich aus dem Mietvertrag ergibt - der jedoch nur bis zur Höhe des Landesmietzinses gemäß Artikel 7 del Landesgesetzes vom 17. Dezember 1998, Nr. 13, anerkannt wird - und dem Ausmaß des Mietzinses, den ein Mieter des Instituts für den sozialen Wohnbau bei Anwendung von Artikel 112 Absatz 2 des Landesgesetzes vom 17. Dezember 1998, Nr. 13, für eine gleiche Wohnung schulden würde.
2. Der Beschluss wird im Sinne von Artikel 2 Absatz 1 des Landesgesetzes vom 20. Oktober 1993, Nr. 17, im Amtsblatt der Region veröffentlicht.
