Verrechnung der gesundheitlichen Kosten zwischen den Sanitätsbetrieben Südtirols für pflegebedürftige Bewohner in Alters- und Pflegeheimen, die außerhalb des Einzugsgebietes des Sanitätsbetriebes ihres Wohnsitzes liegen

1) folgende Richtlinien festzulegen:
die gesundheitlichen Kosten für pflegebedürftige Patienten werden mit 100% des Betrages des zu Lasten des Sanitätsbetriebes bzw. des Sanitätsanteiles des Tagessatzes des Alters- und Pflegeheimes, in welchem der pflegebedürftige Patient untergebracht ist, verrechnet;
 
für die gesundheitliche Betreuung der pflegebedürftigen Bewohner der Alters- und Pflegeheime wird ein Pauschalbetrag von 3,5 Euro pro Tag für Patienten mit einer leichten und mittelgradigen Pflegebedürftigkeit und 6,0 Euro pro Tag für Patienten mit einer schweren Pflegebedürftigkeit rückerstattet;
 
die Verrechnung der Kosten beginnt mit dem Jahr 2002;
 
2) festzuhalten, dass dieser Beschluss ab 1.1.2002 den Beschluss der Landesregierung Nr. 3050 vom 24.08.2000 ersetzt.
