Art. 5

Allfällige Disziplinarmaßnahmen gegen den Angestellten werden vom Präsidenten des Landesausschusses getroffen, aufgrund eines entsprechenden Beschlusses des Landesausschusses und nach dem Anhören der Dienststrafkommission. Die Kommission muß den Angestellten anhören, der das Recht hat, sich von einer Vertrauensperson beistehen oder vertreten zu lassen.
