Reorganisation der Italienischen Landesbibliothek „Claudia Augusta”

Art. 1 (Anwendungsbereich)

(1) Diese Verordnung regelt die Reorganisation der Italienischen Landesbibliothek „Claudia Augusta” in Durchführung von Artikel 3 Absatz 5 des Landesgesetzes vom 23. April 1992, Nr. 10, in geltender Fassung, und von Artikel 19 Absatz 1 des Landesgesetzes vom 23. Dezember 2014, Nr. 11, in geltender Fassung.

(2) Die Körperschaft Italienische Landesbibliothek „Claudia Augusta” wird aufgelöst und innerhalb der Landesabteilung Italienische Kultur ist die Italienische Landesbibliothek „Claudia Augusta” errichtet.
