Festlegung des Ausmaßes der Landesfinanzierung für den Ankauf von Schulbüchern zugunsten der Schulen mit deutscher und ladinischer Unterichtssprache - Schuljahr 2008/09

1. für das Schuljahr 2008/09 die Parameter für die ordentlichen Zuweisungen an die Schulen für den Ankauf von Schulbüchern wie folgt festzulegen:

- 33,00 Euro pro Schüler für die Schulsprengel in deutscher Sprache;

- 40,00 Euro pro Schüler für die Mittelschulen in deutscher Sprache;

- 37,00 Euro pro Schüler für die Schulsprengel der ladinischen Ortschaften;

- 40,00 Euro pro Schüler für die Mittelschulen der ladinischen Ortschaften;

- 76,00 Euro pro Schüler, welche die 1. und 2. Klasse der Sekundarschulen II. Grades, der Kunstschulen und der Schulen der Vollzeitkurse der Berufsausbildung besuchen.

2. den Sekundarschulen II. Grades und Kunstschulen mit deutscher Unterrichtssprache sowie jenen der ladinischen Ortschaften die Beträge zuzuweisen, welche sie auf dem entsprechenden Kapitel ihrer Bilanz angefordert haben, wobei berücksichtigt wird, dass nur diejenigen Schüler Anrecht auf die kostenlose und leihweise Überlassung der Schulbücher haben, die im Sinne der geltenden Bestimmungen über die wirtschaftliche Bedürftigkeit der Schulfürsorgemaßnahmen (Art. 2, Abs. 3, des L.G. Nr. 7/74) als bedürftig gelten.

3. den Schülern, gemäß vorhergehenden Absätzen, die Bücher kostenlos und leihweise zu überlassen, und bei begründeten Anträgen, im Rahmen der verfügbaren Mittel, den betroffenen Schulen zusätzliche Beträge zuzuweisen, wenn dies für den Ankauf der von den Lehrerkollegien ausgewählten Bücher erforderlich sein sollte.

4. die notwendigen Geldmittel laut oben angeführten Parametern mit Dekret des zuständigen Landesrates zuzuweisen.
