Art. 4 (Beteiligung an Gesellschaften)

(1) Die Landesregierung ist ermächtigt, die Beteiligung des Landes am Kapital der laut Artikel 2 des Landesgesetzes vom 10. Oktober 1997, Nr. 14, gegründeten Gesellschaft (Südtiroler Elektrizitätsaktiengesellschaft) für einen Ausgabenhöchstbetrag von 7.550 Millionen Lire zu Lasten des Finanzjahres 1999 zu erhöhen.

(2) Die Landesregierung ist ermächtigt, die Beteiligung des Landes am Kapital der S.T.A. - Südtiroler Transportstrukturen AG, mit Sitz in Bozen, für einen Ausgabenhöchstbetrag von 20 Milliarden Lire zu Lasten des Finanzjahres 1999 zu erhöhen.

Art. 39 (Dringlichkeitsklausel)

(1) Dieses Gesetz wird im Sinne von Artikel 55 des Sonderstatutes für die Region Trentino-Südtirol als dringend erklärt und tritt am Tage nach seiner Kundmachung im Amtsblatt der Region in Kraft.

Dieses Gesetz ist im Amtsblatt der Region kundzumachen. Jeder, dem es obliegt, ist verpflichtet, es als Landesgesetz zu befolgen und für seine Befolgung zu sorgen.
