Schlußbestimmung Nr. 8

(1) Die Vertragspartner vereinbaren, daß, falls anläßlich der laufenden Vertragsverhandlungen dem Personal der öffentlichen Verwaltung zusätzliche Erhöhungen im Verhältnis zu den als Grundlage für die wirtschaftlichen Verbesserungen dieses Vertrages genommenen Erhöhungen zuerkannt werden, sind diese zusätzlichen Erhöhungen zu gewähren, wobei die wirtschaftlichen Auswirkungen aufgrund der Daten der genannten Verhandlungen zu berechnen sind.
