Art. 7

(1) Zum Zweck der früher bezeichneten Vorhaben kann der Präsident des Landesausschusses nach vorheriger Bestandsaufnahme die vorübergehende Besetzung der zur Durchführung dieser Vorhaben erforderlichen Liegenschaften im Sinne der geltenden einschlägigen Gesetzesbestimmungen verfügen.
