Taschengeld für behinderte und psychisch kranke Personen, welche in geschützten Arbeitsstätten der Sozialdienste der Bezirksgemeinschaften sowie in Arbeitseingliederungsprojekten der Abteilung Arbeit tätig sind - Neufestlegung der Höchstbeträge - Widerruf des Beschlusses der Landesregierung vom 30.8.1993, Nr. 5159

1. Die Höchstbeträge für das Taschengeld mit Wirkung ab 1. Februar 2000, wie folgt festzulegen:

A) für die geschützten Werkstätten für Behinderte: 300.000.- Lire

B) für die geschützten Werkstätten für psychisch Kranke und andere geschützte Arbeitsplätze für dieselbe Betreutengruppe: 420.000.- Lire

C) für Rehabilitationswerkstätten, Berufstrainingszentren und ähnliche Eingliederungsstrukturen: 625.000.- Lire

D) für Behinderte und psychisch Kranke, welche vom Arbeitseingliederungsdienst mittels Projekte der Abteilung Arbeit in Betriebe eingegliedert werden: 770.000.- Lire

2. den Beschluß der Landesregierung vom 30.8.1993, Nr. 5159 zu widerrufen;

3. klarzulegen, daß die Bestimmungen laut Punkt 1, Buchstaben a), b), c) Richtlinien für die Trägerkörperschaften der Sozialdienste der Bezirksgemeinschaften darstellen, während die Bestimmungen laut Buchstabe d), Punkt 1) als Richtlinien für die Abteilung Arbeit zu betrachten sind;

4. dieser Beschluss bringt keine Ausgabenzweckbindung mit sich.
