Art. 8

(1) Zur Durchführung der im vorhergehenden Artikel 2 vorgesehenen Aufgaben kann sich die Landesverwaltung der Arbeit von Körperschaften, Gesellschaften, Forschungsinstituten oder Versuchszentren sowie qualifizierter wissenschaftlicher oder technischer Fachleute und Freiberufler bedienen.

(2) Die Bestimmung des vorhergehenden Absatzes ist auch auf die im Artikel 3 dieses Gesetzes vorgesehenen Aufgaben anwendbar.
