Ermächtigung zur Unterzeichnung der Nutzungsregelungen für die Schießübungsgebiete (Nr. 2)

die Nutzungsregelungen für die Schießübungsgebiete:
TOBLACHER STEINBRUCH
DURNHOLZ
SENNERBERGER ALM
RIDNAUNTAL
MORITZING
SALURN
 
mit folgenden wesentlichen Inhalten zu unterzeichnen:
a) Dauer der Nutzungsregelung: 5 Jahre, abänderbar mit Vorankündigung von 90 Tagen;
b) Ort der Übungen: die gemäß beigelegten topographischen Karten abgegrenzten Schießübungsgebiete;
c) Militärische Körperschaften zur Führung und Nutzung der Übungsplätze: sie werden vom Militärkommando des Heeres “Trentino Alto Adige” angegeben;
d) Zeitliche Beschränkung der Nutzung der Schießübungsplätze: die in der Paritätischen Kommission vereinbarten Übungstage und jedenfalls pro Jahr nicht mehr als:
 

TOBLACHER STEINBRUCH:     240 Tage

DURNHOLZ:     20 Tage

SENNERBERGER ALM:     64 Tage

RIDNAUNTAL:     36 Tage

MORITZING:     250 Tage

SALURN:     250 Tage

 
Nutzungsmodus der Schießübungsplätze: es werden die Art und Höchststärke der Einheiten, die Munition sowie weitere Sicherheitsvorschriften festgelegt. Eventuelle Änderungen müssen von Fall zu Fall mit den Gemeinden, nach Anhörung der Paritätischen Kommission, vereinbart werden.
 
Müllentsorgung: Zu Lasten der Militärregion Nord.
