Außerordentliche Maßnahmen für Seilbahnanlagen von wesentlicher Bedeutung

Art. 3

(1) Um das in Artikel 1 genannte Darlehen hat das Unternehmen innerhalb der festgesetzten Frist beim Assessorat für Beförderungswesen anzusuchen; dem Ansuchen sind Unterlagen beizuschließen, welche das Vorhandensein der in Artikel 1, Absatz 2 erwähnten Bedingungen beweisen; dazu gehören auch die Bilanzen und die Abschlußrechnungen der letzten 3 Jahre, die von Wirtschaftsprüfungsunternehmen oder von Freiberuflern mit einschlägiger Berufsbefähigung bestätigt sind.
