Maßnahmen betreffend die Befugnisse des staatlichen Hilfswerks für die Pensionisten Italiens (O.N.P.I.) in der Provinz Bozen

Art. 1

(1) Die Befugnisse des staatlichen Hilfswerks für die Pensionisten Italiens, die in der Provinz Bozen über das Altersheim "Casa Serena" in der Fagenstraße in Bozen ausgeübt worden sind, werden von der Gemeinde Bozen übernommen; das Hilfswerk ist errichtet worden mit Gesetzesdekret vom 23. März 1948, Nr. 361, das zum Gesetz vom 5. Jänner 1953, Nr. 29, erhoben worden ist.

(2) Die Gemeinde tritt in die fürsorge- und privatrechtlichen Beziehungen des Hilfswerkes für die Pensionisten Italiens in dem Umfang ein, wie er durch die Tätigkeit des genannten Altersheimes bestimmt ist.
