Einführung der Gemeindeimmobiliensteuer (GIS)

Art. 18 (Streitverfahren)

(1) Für Streitverfahren werden die Bestimmungen laut gesetzesvertretendem Dekret vom 31. Dezember 1992, Nr. 546, in geltender Fassung, angewandt.

(2) Zudem werden das Rechtsinstitut der einvernehmlichen Steuerbemessung auf der Grundlage der Grundsätze und Kriterien des gesetzesvertretenden Dekretes vom 19. Juni 1997, Nr. 218, sowie die Reduzierung der Strafen im Falle der Nichtanfechtung von Bescheiden gemäß Artikel 15 des gesetzesvertretenden Dekretes vom 19. Juni 1997, Nr. 218, angewandt, sowie weitere Rechtsinstitute zur Streitvermeidung, die gegebenenfalls in spezifischen staatlichen Rechtsvorschriften vorgesehen sind.
