Art. 8 (Haftung)

(1) Der Betriebsinhaber haftet für die korrekte Anwendung dieser Verordnung.

Dieses Dekret wird dem Rechnungshof zur Registrierung zugeleitet und im Amtsblatt der Region Trentino-Südtirol kundgemacht. Jeder, den es angeht, ist verpflichtet, es zu befolgen und dafür zu sorgen, daß es befolgt wird.
