Abänderung der Richtlinien zur Umsetzung der Maßnahmen im Sinne des Regionalgesetzes vom 15. Juli 2009, Nr. 5, für die Unterstützung von Personen, die ihre Arbeit verlieren oder deren Arbeitsvertrag ausgesetzt wird.

1. Die in der Anlage, die Bestandteil des Beschlusses der Landesregierung vom 28. September 2009, Nr. 2406 ist, enthaltenen „Richtlinien zur Umsetzung der Maßnahmen im Sinne des Regionalgesetzes vom 15. Juli 2009, Nr. 5, für die Unterstützung von Personen, die ihre Arbeit verlieren oder deren Arbeitsvertrag ausgesetzt wird  sind wie folgt abgeändert.
 
a) In Artikel 3 ist der dritte Absatz abgeändert in: „Wenn das letzte beendete Arbeitsverhältnis vor Beantragung der Maßnahme einen reduzierten Stundenplan vorsah, wird unabhängig vom Prozentsatz der Arbeitsreduzierung ein Betrag in Höre von 60% der oben angeführten Beträge ausgezahlt.
 
b) Für den Bezugszeitraum vom 1. September 2010 bis zum 31. Dezember 2010 sind die Zugangskriterien für Arbeitnehmer in Lohnausgleich laut Artikel 5, erster Absatz, Punkt a) wie folgt anzuwenden:
- Arbeitnehmer in Lohnausgleich aus Krisengründen, die in den letzten vier Monaten vor dem Antrag für einen Zeitraum von 210 oder mehr Arbeitsstunden von der Arbeit ausgesetzt waren und die in die erste Einkommensstufe für den Lohnausgleich fallen: Ergänzung von 1 € pro Stunde für den gesamten Zeitraum des Lohnausgleichs;
- Arbeitnehmer in Lohnausgleich aus Krisengründen, die nicht die Voraussetzungen im Sinne des vorherigen Absatzes erfüllen, jedoch in den letzten zehn Monaten vor dem Antrag für einen Zeitraum von 400 oder mehr Arbeitsstunden von der Arbeit ausgesetzt waren und die in die erste Einkommensstufe für den Lohnausgleich fallen: Ergänzung von 1 € pro Stunde für den gesamten Zeitraum des Lohnausgleichs;"
