Bestimmungen zum Schutze der stehenden Gewässer

Art. 1 (Anwendungsbereich des Gesetzes)

(1) Im Sinne dieses Gesetzes gelten als geschützte Wasserflächen die natürlichen und künstlichen Seen innerhalb des Landesgebietes, soweit sie laut folgendem Artikel 2 ausgewiesen und unter Schutz gestellt sind.
