Art. 1 (Anwendungsbereich)

(1) Diese Verordnung regelt die Reorganisation der Landesbibliothek „Dr. Friedrich Teßmann” in Durchführung von Artikel 3 Absatz 5 des Landesgesetzes vom 23. April 1992, Nr. 10, in geltender Fassung, und von Artikel 19 Absatz 1 des Landesgesetzes vom 23. Dezember 2014, Nr. 11, in geltender Fassung.

(2) Die Körperschaft Landesbibliothek „Dr. Friedrich Teßmann” wird aufgelöst und innerhalb der Landesabteilung Deutsche Kultur ist die Landesbibliothek „Dr. Friedrich Teßmann” errichtet.
