Art. 2 (Gewährung von Zuschüssen und Beiträgen)

(1) Die Landesregierung ist ermächtigt, den in Südtirol ordnungsgemäß gegründeten und tätigen Blutspendervereinigungen jährlich einen Zuschuß für die Führungs-, Vereins- und Werbespesen zu gewähren.

(2) Um in den Genuß der Begünstigungen laut Absatz 1 zu gelangen, müssen die in Südtirol tätigen Blutspendervereinigungen an die Landesverwaltung bis 30. April eines jeden Jahres einen Antrag stellen.

(3) Die Landesregierung ist außerdem ermächtigt, den Blutspendervereinigungen einen fixen Beitrag für jede gespendete und den im Bereich des Landesgesundheitsdienstes tätigen Sammelstellen zur Verfügung gestellte Bluteinheit zu gewähren.

(4) Die Landesregierung legt jährlich den fixen Beitrag für jede gespendete Bluteinheit gemäß Absatz 3 fest.
