Art. 10 (Wohnungstausch)

(1) Gegenüber jenen Mietern, für die das Recht auf Wohnungsabtretung nach Maßgabe von Artikel 5 Absatz 5 oder Artikel 7 Absatz 6 verfallen ist, leitet das Wohnbauinstitut das Verfahren ein, um gemäß Artikel 124 Absatz 3 des Gesetzes einen Wohnungstausch vorzunehmen.
