Art. 2 (Finanzjahr)

(1) Das Finanzjahr des Landtages fällt mit dem Kalenderjahr zusammen.

(2) Für die Vereinnahmungen und die Einzahlung der festgestellten Einnahmen und für die Zahlung der bis zum 31. Dezember verpflichteten Ausgaben wird der Rechnungsabschluß bis zum darauffolgenden 31. Jänner verlängert.
