Art. 25 (Änderung des Landesgesetzes vom 14. Dezember 1974, Nr. 37, „Ausgaben und Beiträge für Untersuchungen und Projekte zur Entwicklung und Verbesserung der Verkehrsverbindungen und des Transportwesens in der Provinz Bozen und zur Förderung des Kombiverkehrs”)

(1) Artikel 4 Absatz 1 des Landesgesetzes vom 14. Dezember 1974, Nr. 37, in geltender Fassung, erhält folgende Fassung:

„1. Auf dem Gebiet der Sicherheit und der Zuverlässigkeit der öffentlichen Transportdienste zu Land gelten die Bestimmungen des Dekrets des Präsidenten der Republik vom 11. Juli 1980, Nr. 753. Die den Zentralorganen des Staates zugewiesenen Aufgaben werden von der Landesregierung wahrgenommen; die den Außenorganen oder -ämtern des Staates zugewiesenen Aufgaben werden von der Abteilung Mobilität wahrgenommen.“

(2) Nach Artikel 6 des Landesgesetzes vom 14. Dezember 1974, Nr. 37, in geltender Fassung, wird folgender Artikel eingefügt:

„Art. 6/bis (Prüfung über die Zulassung zum Beruf des Personen- und Güterkraftverkehrsunternehmers)

1. Die Landesregierung kann eine Einschreibegebühr für die Prüfung über die Zulassung zum Beruf des Personen- und Güterkraftverkehrsunternehmers von einem Minimum von 100,00 Euro bis zu einem Maximum von 150,00 Euro festlegen.“
