Richtlinie für die Vorlage von Hausteilungsplänen von materiell geteilten Gebäuden im Sinne des Artikel 23, Absatz 7, des Dekrets des Präsidenten der Region vom 19. April 2007, Nr. 6/L (abgeändert mit Beschluss Nr. 1244 vom 26.08.2013 und Beschluss Nr. 491 vom 28.04.2015)

Artikel 2
Rechtsnatur der digitalen Hausteilungspläne

1. Die im Artikel 1 angeführten Planskizzen von materiell geteilten Gebäuden, die in digitalem Format vorgelegt werden, sind informatische Dokumente im Sinne des Artikel 20 des gesetzesvertretenden Dekretes vom 7. März 2005, Nr. 82 (Kodex der digitalen Verwaltung).

2. Davon kann ein Duplikat und eine Abschrift im Sinne des Artikel 23-bis des gesetzesvertretenden Dekretes vom 7. März 2005, Nr. 82 (Kodex der digitalen Verwaltung) ausgestellt werden.
