Art. 22

(1) Für die Durchführung von Aufgaben, die Bildung, Erziehung und Fürsorge betreffen und in den Zuständigkeitsbereich des Landes fallen, kann das Land Lehrer einsetzen, die im Sinne von Artikel 79 des D.P.R. vom 31. Mai 1974, Nr. 417, abgeordnet sind.

(2) Was Außendienstvergütungen und Kilometergelder angeht, so werden auf die erwähnten Lehrer die für die Landesbediensteten geltenden Bestimmungen angewandt.
