Mindesthaftpflichtversicherungssätze gegen Schäden

Durchführungsverordnung zum Landesgesetz vom 17. Februar 2000, Nr. 5, betreffend "Regelung der privaten Seilbahnen für die Beförderung von Personen und Gütern"

(1) Der vorgeschriebene Haftpflichtversicherungsschutz zum Betrieb privater Seilbahnen, die eine Betriebsbewilligung benötigen, wird im folgenden Mindestausmaß festgelegt:

  • a)  für Zweiseilpendelbahnen, Standseilbahnen und ähnliche Anlagen, welche auch Personen befördern:
    • 1)  200.000.000 Lire für Schäden an Sachen oder Tieren, oder an beiden,
    • 2)  1.500.000.000 Lire für Schäden an Personen,
    • 3)  4.000.000.000 Lire im Katastrophenfall.
  • b)  Für alle anderen Materialseilbahnen, die eine Betriebsbewilligung benötigen:
    • 1)  200.000.000 Lire für Schäden an Sachen oder Tieren, oder an beiden,
    • 2)  2.500.000.000 Lire im Katastrophenfall.
