Art. 36 (Häufungsverbot)

(1) Die im vorliegenden Titel vorgesehenen Begünstigungen werden zusätzlich zu den von den geltenden Gesetzen auf diesem Gebiete vorgesehenen Steuerbegünstigungen gewährt, sind jedoch mit anderen Begünstigungen des Staates oder des Landes unvereinbar.

(2) Die Auszahlungsmodalitäten für die in diesem Abschnitt genannten Beiträge werden mit Durchführungsverordnung geregelt.
