Art. 6 (Konzession)

(1) Das Land betraut den Betreiber mit den Aufgaben laut Artikel 4 und den Diensten laut Artikel 5, nachdem festgestellt wurde, dass die rechtlichen, wirtschaftlichen, finanziellen und technischen Voraussetzungen laut Artikel 7 gegeben sind.

(2) Die Konzession beinhaltet:

  1. die Angaben zum Konzessionsinhaber,
  2. die Konzessionsdauer.

(3) Der Konzession werden beigelegt:

  1. der Betreibervertrag laut Artikel 9,
  2. die Beschreibung der Standards laut Artikel 15.

(4) Die Konzession darf für höchstens 20 Jahre vergeben werden.
