Art. 34 (Allgemeine Bestimmungen über die Bediensteten)

(1) Die Bediensteten, welche den Fach-Erziehungs- und Betreuungsdiensten zugeteilt werden sollen, können unter Berücksichtigung der Erfordernisse mit gekürztem Stundenplan - von wenigstens 20 Arbeitsstunden pro Woche - aufgenommen werden; die Besoldung wird dabei im Verhältnis gekürzt.

(2) Soweit in diesem Gesetz nicht anders vorgesehen, werden auf das Personal des Dienstes in Hinsicht auf Rechtsstatus, Besoldung sowie Für- und Vorsorgeversicherung die für die Bediensteten der Landesverwaltung geltenden Bestimmungen angewandt.
