Art. 10 (Beschwerden)

(1)  Eventuelle Beschwerden über den Dienst können beim jeweiligen Unternehmen und zur Kenntnis beim zuständigen Amt der Landesabteilung Mobilität eingereicht werden.

(2)  Die Unternehmen sind verpflichtet, innerhalb von 30 Tagen ab Erhalt auf die Beschwerde zu antworten und die Antwort dem zuständigen Landesamt zur Kenntnis zu übermitteln.
