Festlegung der wirtschaftlichen Behandlung für das nichtärztliche Personal, mit welchem die Sanitätsbetriebe im Sinne des Art. 1 des L.G. vom 21. Juni 1983, Nr. 18 in geltender Fassung, privatrechtliche Werk- oder Arbeitsverträge abschließen können

1. der eigene Beschluss Nr. 5940 vom 30.12.1999 wird widerrufen:
a) das Entgelt für das im Punkt 2 genannte Personal wird pro Arbeitsstunde wie folgt festgelegt:
5° Funktionsebene: L. 33.520 (Euro 17.31)
6° Funktionsebene: L. 37.990 (Euro 19,62)
7° Funktionsebene: L. 41.340 (Euro 21,35)
8° Funktionsebene: L. 43.575 (Euro 22,50)
9° Funktionsebene: L. 55.865 (Euro 28,85)
10° Funktionsebene: L. 69.275 (Euro 35,78)
11° Funktionsebene: L. 87.150 (Euro 45,01)
b) falls Arbeitsstunden üben den vereinbarten Stundensoll hinaus geleistet werden, werden die in Buchstabe a) angeführten Beträge angewandt;
 
2. der vorliegende Beschluss wird im Amtsblatt der Region Trentino-Südtirol veröffentlicht.
