Abänderung der Kriterien und Modalitäten betreffend Investitionsbeihilfen für Zwischenbetriebe, die in der Verarbeitung und Vermarktung landwirtschaftlicher Erzeugnisse tätig sind (abgeändert mit Beschluss Nr. 603 vom 22.04.2013 und Beschluss Nr. 211 del 25.02.2014)

5. Höhe und Form der Beihilfe

5.1 Die Beitragshöhe beträgt bis zu 20 Prozent der zuschussfähigen Investitionsausgaben.

5.2 Die Förderung der Investitionsvorhaben erfolgt ausschließlich durch Gewährung von zinsbegünstigten Darlehen gemäß Landesgesetz vom 15. April 1991, Nr. 9, in geltender Fassung, vorausgesetzt die zuschussfähigen Kosten betragen mindestens 400.000,00 Euro.
