Maßnahmen zugunsten der Altersheime der Provinz

Art. 2

(1) Die auf Stempelpapier abgefaßten und vom gesetzlichen Vertreter der gesuchstellenden Körperschaft unterzeichneten Gesuche um Erlangung der Begünstigungen nach diesem Gesetz müssen innerhalb von 60 Tagen nach Inkrafttreten dieses Gesetzes beim Assessorat für öffentliche Arbeiten eingereicht werden.

(2) Den genannten Gesuchen müssen folgende Unterlagen beigelegt werden:

  • a)  Abschrift des vom zuständigen Organ gefaßten Beschlusses, womit die Einleitung des Verwaltungsverfahrens zur Verwirklichung des Bauvorhabens und zur Erlangung des Beitrages ermächtigt wird;
  • b)  das einen erläuternden Bericht über den Bau und einen allgemeinen Kostenvoranschlag umfassende Vorprojekt;
  • c)  Finanzierungsplan für den Bau.
