Art. 1 (Anwendungsbereich)

(1) Diese Verordnung regelt die Tagespflege für Senioren laut Artikel 8 des Landesgesetzes vom 30. Oktober 1973, Nr. 77. Die Führung dieses Dienstes wurde mit Artikel 10, Absatz 1, Buchstabe e) des Landesgesetzes vom 30. April 1991, Nr. 13, an die Gemeinden übertragen.
