Verordnung über die öffentlichen Bibliotheken

Art. 13 (Medienbestand)

(1) Fach- und Studienbibliotheken sollen in der Regel über einen Mindestbestand von 3.000 Medieneinheiten verfügen, der in erster Linie durch den Träger zu gewährleisten ist.

(2) Die Fachbibliotheken geben sich Richtlinien für den Bestandsaufbau, in denen ihre Zielsetzungen und ihr Sondersammelgebiet näher beschrieben werden.

(3) Die Fach- und Studienbibliotheken bewahren die wichtigsten Sammlungen auf, die zu ihrem Aufgabenbereich gehören.
