Art. 3

(1) Zur Durchführung der Aufgaben laut Artikel 1 kann die Beobachtungsstelle für den Arbeitsmarkt, wenn besondere Untersuchungen erforderlich sind, die Mitarbeit in- und ausländischer Universitäten, anderer wissenschaftlicher Einrichtungen sowie von Fachleuten auf dem Gebiet der Berufsausbildung und des Arbeitsmarktes in Anspruch nehmen; zu diesem Zweck kann sie entsprechende Abkommen treffen oder Aufträge erteilen.
