Beiträge zugunsten von Gemeinden, Konsortien und anderer Körperschaften zum Ankauf von Grundstücken, zum Entwurf und zur Bereitstellung von Infrastrukturen für die Errichtung von Handelszonen

Art. 8

(1) Die Beitragsgewährung wird mit Dekret des Landesassessors für Handel verfügt.

(2) Ausschlaggebend für die Höhe des Beitrages sind die wirklichen Gesamtausgaben, wie sie der antragstellenden Körperschaft laut entsprechendem Beschluß erwachsen sind.
