Ehrungen für Verdienste um das Land Südtirol

Kundgemacht im A.Bl. vom 27. Juni 2006, Nr. 26.

Art. 1 (Zweck)

(1) Die Landesregierung kann Persönlichkeiten, die sich um das Land außerordentlich verdient gemacht haben, aber nicht in Südtirol ansässig sind, Ehrungen verleihen.

(2) Durch die Ehrung wird Dank zum Ausdruck gebracht und Anerkennung bescheinigt. Gewürdigt werden können besondere Verdienste auf wissenschaftlichem, künstlerischem, kulturellem, bildnerischem, sportlichem oder wirtschaftlichem Gebiet, ebenso der verdienstvolle Einsatz für soziale und humanitäre Anliegen sowie für die Belange der Umwelt.

(3) Folgende Ehrungen können verliehen werden:

  1. Großer Verdienstorden des Landes Südtirol,
  2. Verdienstorden des Landes Südtirol.

(4) Die besonderen Merkmale der Verdienstorden und die Richtlinien für deren Verleihung werden von der Landesregierung bestimmt.
