Art. 13 (Dringlichkeitsklausel)

(1) Dieses Gesetz wird im Sinne von Artikel 55 des Sonderstatutes der Region Trentino-Südtirol als dringend erklärt und tritt am Tage nach seiner Kundmachung im Amtsblatt der Region in Kraft.

Dieses Gesetz ist im Amtsblatt der Region kundzumachen. Jeder, dem es obliegt, ist verpflichtet, es als Landesgesetz zu befolgen und für seine Befolgung zu sorgen.
