Art. 17 (Finanzbestimmung)

(1) Die Deckung der Ausgaben, die sich aus diesem Gesetz ergeben, erfolgt durch die Ausgabenbereitstellungen des Landeshaushaltes, welche schon zu Lasten des Haushaltsjahres 2012 auf den Haushaltsgrundeinheiten 10120 und 10150 bestimmt wurden und für die Maßnahmen der durch Artikel 16 aufgehobenen Landesgesetze vom 29. Dezember 1976, Nr. 61, in geltender Fassung, und vom 3. Jänner 1986, Nr. 2, in geltender Fassung, autorisiert waren.

(2) Die Ausgabe zu Lasten der folgenden Haushaltsjahre wird mit jährlichem Finanzgesetz festgelegt.
