Art. 10 (Information)

(1) Die Autonome Provinz Bozen und die Gemeinden fördern und unterstützen die Informationstätigkeit für die Bürger/Bürgerinnen über die verschiedenen Bestattungsmöglichkeiten, einschließlich Feuerbestattung, Verwahrung der Asche sowie die Art und Weise der Verstreuung und Aufbewahrung der Asche.
