Art. 4 (Gebühr für die Benutzung von Dienstwohnungen)

(1) Artikel 4 Absatz 2 Buchstabe a) der Anlage 1, erster Abschnitt, zum Bereichsvertrag vom 4. Juli 2002 erhält folgende Fassung:

“a) die Konzessionsgebühr beträgt für das in die Berufsbilder Hauswart/Hauswartin, Hauswart/ Hauswartin mit Instandhaltungsaufgaben und Schulwart/Schulwartin eingestufte Personal 1,80 Euro pro Quadratmeter und wird auf die zur Verfügung stehende Wohnfläche berechnet, wobei jedoch der Bedarf der Familie berücksichtigt wird; dieser Betrag wird mit 1. Jänner 2010 jährlich aufgrund der vom ASTAT für die Verbraucherpreise der Gemeinde Bozen für die Haushalte von Arbeitern und Angestellten ermittelten tendenziellen Inflationsrate bezogen auf den vorausgehenden Zeitraum Oktober – Oktober neu festgelegt. Für das restliche Personal wird die Konzessionsgebühr im individuellen Arbeitsvertrag festgelegt.“
